ABOUT ME

I am a former probation supervisor in Larimer County Colorado and am a certified True Colors facilitator. An MSW graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, I worked 34 years in Human Services. I was employed in Philadelphia Settlement Houses, within the Denver Department of Human Services, in residential treatment programs for adolescents, in alternative education programs, and within all facets of Probation. As an agency director and manager, I provided staff training, management and organizational program development. My focus was on creating effective, efficient and positive organizations. I became a certified True Colors facilitator in 2008 and since then have conducted over 50 workshops.

In addition to providing True Color workshops, I can help agencies and businesses evaluate performance, create new directions and goals and assess progress.
